Hey,

This is a site dedicated to Thomas Edison. He made so much of civilisation today that we owe him enough to at least learn about his life.

For instance without his help we wouldn’t have the light bulb or the electricity coming into our homes to work it. Can you imagine that - no light at night! He also invented batteries. When you’re totally bored go round your house and count the amount of things that run on alkaline batteries. Imagine having to go without them…and don’t forget we probably wouldn’t be listening to music at home either if he hadn’t started it all with the phonograph.

Alright well I hope you learn a bit more about Thomas Edison without being bored out of your brains =P
